Ms. Sharp received her BComm from Carleton University and has professional qualifications CPA, CA, CMA. She has 20+ years experience in standards, policy, regulation and governance, in both financial services and mid sized accounting firms. Ms. Sharp was involved part time in education as a university auditing instructor, marker of accreditation examinations, and professional development instructor. She has a long time interest in complementary and integrative health and served as a public Council member, Transitional College, College of Naturopaths of Ontario and a public member of CMCC, Finance Committee.
