Clinic Description

The CMCC clinic at SPARC (Shroeder Pain Assessment and Rehabilitation Research Centre) was established in 2024. The SPARC facility, housed within the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, provides comprehensive chronic pain care.

SPARC clinic brings together many health care professionals, each of whom play a collaborative role in managing patients with chronic pain.

Chiropractic services are provided within a patient-centered and evidence-based model of care and include treatments such as spinal and joint manipulation, mobilization, and rehabilitation exercises.

Patients may access chiropractic services through internal referral from the SPARC team or externally by other healthcare professionals. Patients may self-refer directly to the clinic.
