DOCTOR OF CHIROPRACTIC – ACADEMIC PATHWAY

Chiropractic program transfer application is open.
Only applicants currently enrolled in an accredited chiropractic program are eligible to apply. Deadline to submit online application and all supporting documentation is March 1, 2025.
Applicants must arrange for their official transcripts from Canadian universities and colleges to be sent directly from their academic institutions to CMCC Admissions, 6100 Leslie St., Toronto, ON M2H 3J1. Electronic Transcripts should be directed to CMCC Admissions at admissions@cmcc.ca.
For undergraduate studies completed outside of North America, applicants must arrange for a course-by-course evaluation of their undergraduate transcript through World Education Services Canada www.wes.org/ca only.

Application process
Step 1 - Applicants are required to complete an online application and upload documentation by the posted deadline.
Applicants will be asked to upload an unofficial copy of their undergraduate university transcript and a resume. Official transcripts are to be requested from ALL postsecondary institutions attended and sent to the Office of Admissions by the application deadline.
Step 2 - In addition to submitting an online application, applicants will be required to complete a form which lists all courses and grades completed at the undergraduate level that the applicant has taken. A separate email with detailed instructions on this process and a unique link to access this form will be sent to applicants in the coming weeks.

Applicants are required to upload each course syllabi from their current DC program to CMCC’s KIROTransfer portal. Access to the portal will be available following the submission of the transfer application.
