Get ready to reunite, reminisce, and celebrate the journeys, friendships, and memories that make CMCC unforgettable. This year, we're honoring our amazing anniversary classes: 1955, 1960, 1965, 1970, 1975, 1980, 1985, 1990, 1995, 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015, and 2020.

Join us for two action-packed days of Continuing Education (9 CE hours) designed to keep you ahead of the curve in athletic performance, movement, and injury management.

You’ll hear from top-tier experts in chiropractic and sports health, dive into the latest breakthroughs, and walk away with practical, cutting-edge knowledge you can put into action right away.
